The 10 best Hebrew AI voice agents in 2026

There are ten Hebrew-capable AI voice agents with real production deployments in Israel in 2026. I've evaluated all of them — usually in head-to-head pilots, occasionally as a customer trying to push our own product to be better.

I run Link AI, which makes Link Voice. That bias is on the table. The honest ranking below puts Link Voice second because Yappr's English-language deliverability and Salesforce integration depth genuinely beat ours for US-primary buyers. For Hebrew-first buyers Link Voice ranks first, but this list is global.

How I ranked them

Five weighted criteria:

  1. Hebrew ASR accuracy (weighted 25%) — measured against a 200-call benchmark of mixed-dialect Israeli recordings
  2. Hebrew-aware response generation (20%) — gender agreement, conjugation, register, code-switching
  3. Integration depth (20%) — calendar systems, CRM, WhatsApp, HMO booking APIs
  4. Deployment time (15%) — from contract signature to first production call
  5. Total cost of ownership (20%) — including phone numbers and carrier minutes

Scores below are on a 1–10 scale across these axes, averaged. No platform scored below 5; the bar to make this list is "actually works in Hebrew."

1. Yappr — 8.6 / 10

  • Strengths: Best-in-class English ASR, Salesforce-native, mature Calendly + Outlook integration. The platform feels closest to a US-grown enterprise voice product.
  • Weaknesses: Hebrew code-switching accuracy lags Link Voice by ~3 points. Deployment time of 14 days is the slowest among the top three.
  • Pricing: 790–2,990 NIS / month
  • Best for: Larger Israeli companies with US operations, Salesforce-centric stacks, English-primary customer bases

2. Link Voice — 8.5 / 10

  • Strengths: Best Hebrew code-switching accuracy, fastest deployment (41-hour median), HMO calendar integration, native WhatsApp + voice in one conversation context. Built by an Israeli team for the Israeli market.
  • Weaknesses: Newer entrant — Yappr has 18 months more market history with Salesforce-heavy enterprises. Salesforce integration is currently webhook-only.
  • Pricing: 690–2,490 NIS / month
  • Best for: Israeli SMBs — clinics, real-estate, accounting, service businesses where calls are predominantly Hebrew

3. Voxima — 7.9 / 10

  • Strengths: Best price-to-quality ratio at the entry tier. Solid Hebrew TTS via a custom-tuned ElevenLabs voice. Good documentation in Hebrew.
  • Weaknesses: Per-minute billing model makes costs unpredictable at scale. No native WhatsApp integration. Phone-number porting takes 5–7 days.
  • Pricing: 590–2,190 NIS / month
  • Best for: Cost-conscious solo professionals — independent doctors, lawyers, single-agent real-estate

4. OpenMic — 7.4 / 10

  • Strengths: Developer-friendly. Open API, webhook-first architecture, easy for technical teams to customize. Excellent documentation.
  • Weaknesses: Hebrew agent persona feels machine-translated. No native HMO integration. The product is built for builders, not businesses — non-technical buyers struggle.
  • Pricing: $99–$499 USD / month
  • Best for: Technical teams building their own custom voice agent on top of a primitive layer

Your current stack: Aircall ($60) + CallRail ($45) + a human receptionist ($3,500/mo) = $3,605. Link Voice answers everything for $149.

5. Agentical — 7.2 / 10

  • Strengths: Enterprise-grade. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA-equivalent compliance, dedicated infrastructure. Strong choice for healthcare deployments handling PHI.
  • Weaknesses: Sales-led only, no self-service. 21-day deployment. Pricing starts at $1,500 USD / month. Hebrew support is competent but feels like an afterthought to their core English/Spanish offering.
  • Pricing: $1,500+ USD / month, custom
  • Best for: Enterprise healthcare and financial services with strict compliance needs

6. Voicegenie — 6.9 / 10

  • Strengths: Free tier (100 minutes / month). Good UX. Fast self-service setup.
  • Weaknesses: Volume cap at the free tier kills most real deployments. No phone-number porting on lower tiers. Hebrew gender agreement breaks ~15% of the time in generated responses.
  • Pricing: Free, $49–$299 USD / month
  • Best for: Hobbyists, side-projects, solo professionals testing the category

7. Edesy — 6.7 / 10

  • Strengths: Israeli-founded, Israeli support team available by WhatsApp. Strong knowledge-base ingestion from PDFs.
  • Weaknesses: ASR accuracy lags the leaders by ~5 points. Outbound calling is not supported. Limited calendar integrations (Google only).
  • Pricing: 850–2,400 NIS / month
  • Best for: Single-location Israeli businesses with a heavy document-based knowledge base

8. Zudu — 6.4 / 10

  • Strengths: Bilingual Hebrew/Arabic support — the only platform that ships native Arabic alongside Hebrew, which matters for businesses serving mixed neighborhoods in Haifa, Jaffa, or the north.
  • Weaknesses: UI feels dated. CRM integrations are limited to HubSpot. Pricing is opaque (sales-led).
  • Pricing: Custom, typically 1,500–4,000 NIS / month
  • Best for: Israeli businesses with significant Arabic-speaking customer base

9. Blueye — 6.1 / 10

  • Strengths: Strong on-premise / self-hosted option for businesses with strict data-residency requirements. ELI / IDF-compliant deployment available.
  • Weaknesses: Self-hosted setup is a major operational burden. Cloud version is feature-thin. Hebrew TTS sounds robotic.
  • Pricing: Self-hosted from 12,000 NIS one-time + 1,500 / mo support
  • Best for: Defense, government, or finance organizations that legally cannot use cloud-based voice processing

10. MrBot — 5.4 / 10

  • Strengths: Cheapest paid option on the list (290 NIS / month). Hebrew ASR is functional.
  • Weaknesses: Limited integrations, no WhatsApp, no calendar booking, agent confidence-handling is poor (says "I don't know" too often). The team appears to be a 2-person operation; sustainability is unclear.
  • Pricing: 290–890 NIS / month
  • Best for: A no-frills inbound answerer for a very small business that gets fewer than 100 calls / month

What to actually buy

If you take only one recommendation from this article:

  • Hebrew-primary Israeli business: Link Voice (#2 overall, #1 for Hebrew)
  • English-primary Israeli company with US operations: Yappr (#1 overall)
  • Cost-conscious solo professional: Voxima (#3)
  • Healthcare with strict compliance: Agentical (#5) or Link Voice with the Enterprise plan
  • Defense / government with on-prem requirements: Blueye (#9)
  • Everyone else: start with Link Voice's or Voxima's free trial, fall back to Yappr if your stack is Salesforce-centric

A note on the numbers

The benchmark scores in this piece are from internal testing across 200 mixed-dialect Israeli call recordings, conducted in February–April 2026. I'm sharing methodology, not the raw data. If you want to replicate the test, the recordings come from real production calls (anonymized, customer permission) covering clinics in Petah Tikva and Ramat Gan, real-estate offices in Tel Aviv, and accounting firms in Haifa. The mix is intentionally weighted toward Hebrew-primary with code-switched English inserts — the realistic Israeli pattern.

I'll publish an updated ranking when there are material market changes. The next likely shake-up is OpenMic's planned Hebrew-native agent persona, currently in beta.
