Ori Ben Simhon is the founder of Link AI, a Tel Aviv company building Hebrew-native AI agents for Israeli SMBs. He leads product and engineering on Link Voice (24/7 phone agents) and Mailer (per-lead cold-email research). Most of his work is in the wedge between AI research and the very specific way Israeli businesses actually buy software.

Background

Ori is an Israeli founder based in Tel Aviv. He started Link AI to make autonomous agents feel less like enterprise software and more like a trusted teammate — specifically for the Hebrew-speaking market, where most foreign AI products either don't ship Hebrew at all or treat it as a second-class locale.

He writes and ships code, designs the product, runs sales calls, and answers the front door. The company is intentionally small and product-led; most decisions show up in the codebase the same week they are made.

What I work on

Two products carry most of the company's weight:

Link Voice — AI phone agents that answer every call, qualify leads, and book meetings in Hebrew, English, or Arabic. Sub-2-second pickup, real-time transcription, calendar integration, and call analytics. Built for Israeli SMBs that lose 30-60% of their inbound to missed calls.

Mailer — a cold-email engine that does per-lead deep research before each first-touch send. Hebrew and English first-class, automatic reply handling, domain warmup, and a campaign dashboard that's honest about deliverability.

Both products share an obsession: do the boring infrastructure right (DNS, auth, transcription latency, deliverability) so the AI surface above it can stay sharp.

How I write

The blog is field notes — what we measured, what we shipped, what broke. No SEO listicles for the sake of listicles; every comparison or benchmark on this site has a real call recording, a real campaign, or a real customer behind it. If something is opinion rather than measurement, it's labelled.
