HMO calendar integrations — Clalit Mushlam, Maccabi, Meuhedet, Leumit
Link Voice can now book and reschedule appointments directly into the four Israeli HMO scheduling systems used by the majority of private clinics.
Private clinics in Israel almost never run on Google Calendar. They run on the four HMO scheduling systems — Clalit Mushlam, Maccabi, Meuhedet, Leumit — plus a long tail of practice-management platforms. Until this release, Link Voice could only book into Google Calendar and Outlook, which forced every healthcare customer to maintain a parallel calendar. That ends today.
Supported HMOs
- Clalit Mushlam — read + write, including waitlist registration and slot-cancellation recapture.
- Maccabi — read + write, plus practitioner-level availability so the agent picks the correct doctor for the visit reason.
- Meuhedet — read + write, including same-day urgent-slot escalation when the caller's complaint matches the urgent-criteria list.
- Leumit — read + write, with insurance-coverage check at booking time so the patient knows their out-of-pocket cost before they hang up.
How the integration works
Each HMO connector runs through a per-clinic credential vault — credentials never touch the agent itself, only the booking engine. Reads are cached for 60 seconds to keep the slot picker responsive while the agent talks to the caller. Writes are confirmed synchronously before the agent tells the caller their appointment is locked in.
Who benefits
Every private clinic that runs even partially through an HMO scheduling system. Early customers report cutting roughly 40 minutes per day of admin work — the receptionist no longer copies bookings from Google Calendar into the HMO portal by hand.
Setup
Settings → Integrations → Calendars. Pick your HMO, log in once through the secure relay (we never see the password), and the agent is connected within two minutes. Existing Google Calendar setups can run side-by-side during the transition.
