Link Mailer
Frequently Asked Questions
TL;DR
Link Mailer is a researched cold-email engine: for every lead it enriches contact data, pulls company signals, scores ICP fit and writes a personalized email in Hebrew or English. Built-in warmup, SmartLead and Instantly integrations, persistent suppression lists, dry-run mode before going live, and GDPR plus Israeli Privacy Law compliance.
What deliverability rates does Link Mailer achieve?
Inbox-placement rates depend on your domain reputation, target audience and content — there is no honest single number. On well-warmed domains with our default sending policy, customers typically see 90-95% inbox placement in the first 30 days, dropping if you spam. Link Mailer enforces SPF, DKIM and DMARC at setup, monitors reputation per sending domain, and automatically slows down or pauses a domain that starts showing soft-bounce or spam-folder signals. We do not promise specific deliverability numbers in writing because doing so would be dishonest given how email works.
Does Link Mailer write in Hebrew and English?
Yes, and switches per recipient. The research step pulls each lead's LinkedIn, company site and signals, infers language preference, then writes a personalized email in Hebrew or English (or both, threaded). Templates support both directions cleanly — Hebrew right-to-left rendering, correct punctuation, and Hebrew-aware subject lines that do not break in Gmail's preview pane. You can also pin a campaign to a single language.
How does the per-lead research process work?
For every lead, Link Mailer runs a pipeline: enrich the contact (Apollo, FullEnrich, public web), fetch the company's recent news and product changes (Exa Websets and direct crawl), score signal-fit against your ICP, then write a personalized email with a specific reference to something the lead actually cares about. The whole pipeline runs in seconds and produces an auditable research note attached to the lead so your reps can see why the AI wrote what it wrote.
Who handles replies?
By default, replies route to your inbox and a human takes over. On managed plans, Link Mailer can also auto-classify replies (interested / not-now / out-of-office / unsubscribe / objection) and either auto-respond to soft cases (out-of-office, scheduling) or hand off labeled threads to your CRM with the right tag. You stay in control: every auto-reply requires explicit per-campaign opt-in.
What does Link Mailer cost per email?
Pricing is per researched lead plus per sent email, with volume discounts. The research step is the more expensive line item because it includes external data enrichment and an LLM pass per lead; sending itself is cheap. A typical mid-market customer running a few thousand leads a month lands in the four-digit-shekel range monthly. How does inbox warmup work?
Link Mailer ships built-in domain and inbox warmup. New sending identities ramp from 5-10 emails per day to several hundred over 2-4 weeks, with automated peer-warmup traffic that simulates real conversation patterns. We monitor Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS and spam-folder signals, and slow down ramp-up automatically if reputation dips. You do not need to babysit it — most customers never touch the warmup dial after onboarding.
Does Link Mailer integrate with SmartLead?
Yes. We have a first-class SmartLead integration: campaigns built in Link Mailer can dispatch through SmartLead's sending infrastructure while keeping the research, personalization and reporting in our platform. We also integrate with Instantly and natively support direct sending via Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Amazon SES. You pick the sending layer that fits your existing setup.
Is Link Mailer compliant with GDPR and Israeli Privacy Law?
Yes. Link Mailer respects both GDPR (for EU recipients) and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law including the 2024 amendments. Each campaign requires you to confirm a lawful basis (legitimate interest, consent, contract). Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, suppression lists are persistent across campaigns and domains, and we honor opt-out signals globally. Customers on regulated plans can request EU or Israel data residency. Full details in our privacy policy.
Can I see sample emails before going live?
Yes. Every new account starts in dry-run mode, where Link Mailer runs the full research and writing pipeline on your real lead list but does not send anything — emails land in a preview queue you can review, edit and approve. You sign off on a sample batch first, then flip the campaign to live. This means you never wake up to a campaign that misrepresented your brand.
How long does setup take?
Self-serve setup runs about a day: connect your sending domain (with DNS records we generate for you), define your ICP, upload or import a lead list, and let warmup kick off. Mid-market accounts with custom templates and CRM hooks typically take three to five business days. Enterprise customers running multi-domain, multi-language outbound usually plan a two-to-three-week onboarding. The blocker is almost always DNS propagation and warmup, not our software.
