FAQ

Which Microsoft 365 plans are supported?

All Business and Enterprise plans (Business Basic and above, E1/E3/E5). The integration uses Microsoft Graph, which is included in every paid SKU.

Does Link AI work with on-premise Exchange?

Hybrid Exchange (cloud + on-prem) is supported. Pure on-premise Exchange without Graph is not — those tenants should consider migrating mailboxes to Exchange Online for AI integrations.

Are conditional access policies honored?

Yes. Link AI authenticates as a confidential client and is subject to your conditional access rules. Most customers add Link AI's egress IPs to a trusted location.

Can I disable Teams link generation?

Yes — Teams links are optional per event type. Some customers prefer in-person or phone for first meetings.
