CRM Integration
Also known as: CRM connector, CRM sync
CRM integration is the connection that lets a customer-facing tool — voice agent, chat bot, cold-email platform, support desk — read and write data in a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.). Good integration means the customer's history is available to the agent during the interaction and the interaction is written back to the CRM as it happens, not nightly.
The most common CRM-integration failure is one-way sync — the tool writes to the CRM but does not read from it. The agent doesn't know that the caller is an existing high-value customer or that they have an open complaint. The customer notices.
Real-time bi-directional sync is the bar. For Link AI deployments the standard integration writes call summaries, scheduled appointments, and qualification notes to the CRM in real time during the call, and reads the customer's history at call pickup so the agent's first sentence reflects context.
